RENTAL CONDITIONS

The renter must hold a valid category B driving licence and meet the applicable rental and insurance requirements.

The minimum age and required licence seniority are set out in the final rental agreement.

At pickup the renter presents a valid identity document and a valid driving licence.

These documents are not requested through the online request form. After an initial review Executive Lounge will provide an appropriate, secure way to submit them.

The vehicle is used for normal passenger transport on public roads.

The number of passengers is limited to the number of approved seats.

Subletting, commercial passenger transport for payment, competitions, driving lessons, off-road use and towing are not permitted.

Driving under the influence and any illegal use of the vehicle are excluded.

The rental is insured in accordance with the applicable terms of the insurance policy. Cover is subject to the conditions, exclusions and any deductibles set out in that policy.

A deposit of €1,500 is requested for every rental period.

The deposit is not part of the rental price. Its practical handling is set out in the final rental agreement.

Each rental day includes 500 kilometres.

Additional kilometres are charged at €0.45 per kilometre (incl. VAT).

The Executive Lounge is handed over fully charged.

During the rental period all charging costs are for the renter.

The vehicle does not need to be recharged before return. Recharging is included in the rental price.

Additional drivers are possible on request and after approval. Every additional driver must meet the same requirements as the renter.

Any conditions or costs for additional drivers are set out in the final rental agreement.

In case of damage, accident, theft or any other incident the renter informs Executive Lounge immediately and the necessary findings are recorded.

Further handling follows the insurance policy and is set out in the final rental agreement.

A rental request is not a definitive reservation. As long as Executive Lounge has not approved your request there are no obligations.

Cancellation conditions after approval are set out in the final rental agreement.

Every rental is subject to the general rental terms of KYNANY Ventures BV, as included in the final rental agreement.
