PRIVACY POLICY
What we collect
When you submit a reservation or information request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and the rental details needed to handle your request.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to handle your request, prepare your rental agreement and take care of the related administration and invoicing.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only where necessary for the rental or to comply with legal and accounting obligations. If you book a chauffeur through Get Driven, that happens directly on their platform and under their privacy policy.
Processors we rely on
For the technical operation of this website we work with a small number of service providers, who process your data solely on our instructions: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Cloudflare Inc. (Turnstile, which protects our forms against abuse), Resend Inc. (delivery of the emails a form produces) and BusinessBoosters (the management system in which your request is followed up). The necessary processing agreements are in place with each of them.
Retention and your rights
We keep data no longer than needed for the purposes above and the applicable legal retention periods. Requests submitted through the website are kept for 24 months by default in our management system. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to object to processing. Request this via info@executivelounge.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
